Seat Not adjusting after starting
I have my driver seat programmed to go back when exiting and it is suppose to readjust when I get back in and start the car. My seat now rarely goes back to its set position after starting. I now have to hold the 1 button and the seat readjusts. What gives?

Sounds like you have your exit seating position set too far back and you are tripping the bulkhead limit switch. If you trip the switch, seat movement will be erratic. Reset your exit position forward by a little bit and see if that fixes your problem. I assume you have the seat memory recall options configured correctly.

After your seat over back to the exit position, move the seat forward a quarter to half inch, and then resave the exit position memory. I bet that solves it.
If the seat is back all the way, and hitting the limit switches, it prevents the memory function from working.

I don't think that's true. I'll have to test, but I do recall getting out of the car and having to rush back in because the parking brake was not set. Mine is an M7 if that makes a difference.

It's true on my 2015 Z06 with M7. If I don't set the brake when I shut it off it goes to easy exit position, but doesn't go back to driving position when I restart. I have to turn the car back off, put on the brake, and then restart to have it move to driving position.
