Default Plant photo book of your Vette being built??

I was at a local vette dealer Friday and he had just bought a 2012 ZR1 from some guy in Florida and it came with a big photo book of this car being built at various stages along the assembly line. I have never heard of this being an option. I was there when he caledl the NCM to enquire about it and they told him it cost 700.00. It was in a very nice binder with the corvette logo on the front. Must have been 20 or more picks, very thick quality paper. Have U guys ever heard or seen this photo book or do U have one for your corvette.

Do not have one but it still is an option. Those that have it say for the most part they are happy with it although a bit costly.

Yes, I have one. Pretty expensive but it's a very nicely produced keepsake. There are around 35 pictures at various build stations. I'd do it again!

It's a very expensive option, but if you can afford it, I'm sure it would be a great photo-memory of your C7.

I was told from a very reliable source inside the plant that they wait a few days from sending it out to you so they can airbrush out the ones they drop on the floor when turning the car back over onto its wheels when putting in the exhaust and stuff from underneath

I didn't know about this before my car was built, wish I had. Then again, I saved myself a bunch of $$$.

If you are building a special Corvette for yourself it is worth EVERY penny. I AM GLAD I DID IT FOR MY ATLANTIC EDITION since only 17 were produced. The added documention will pay for itself!!

My cars TPW is 3/7. Going to call the Museum tomorrow to see if I can get the book.

Hope it's not too late.

And they will also email you a couple of teaser pics.
Ask me how I know (that was probably my car).

"Order must be placed at least 10 days before the car starts being built."

A little pricey, but I'd do it again. Love the book.

Just reached out to Shane at the CM so see if there was any way to get this seeing that my build week is 7 days away.

Told him if not, I completely understood as the rules are the rules. But - figured I'd ask as there is no harm in that.

Sure would be a nice keep sake....

Expensive one - but all good things in life are spendy.

Well - good news. Shane over at the museum comes through for me. Man - almost everyone associated with this community has treated me like a long lost relative.

Vendors, dealers, and forum moderators.

I thank you ALL for that. It will ABSOLUTELY make the ownership experience that much more enjoyable as well as memorable.

THANK YOU ALL !!!
