Default Help with debate between wife and myself.....

My wife loves Corvettes just as I do, but she calls them a "single man's car". I tell her that just because it has only 2 seats it is by no means a "single man's" car. What do you all think? I am setting up a poll to see who is more right, based off input from the guys/girls on this forum....

Are you:
1) Single/Divorced
2) Married with No kids at home
3) Married with kids at home

Same Corvette nut here.... had 2 C5's & 1 C6 as a single guy and now a C7 as a married guy with kids. The kids LOVE this C7, my oldest girl calls it a Storm Trooper car and grins ear to ear the whole time she is riding in it.

I'm married to my best friend for 34 years, 3 children who are adults. So we only need two seats! My wife loves to drive our M7 Corvette. I think she is a better driver than I. Our marriage is a democracy, she gets 2 votes most of the time, I get one. We had a C5 for 11 years and when time to change, the vote was Porsche 1 Corvette 2...

I was widowed and we had an instant family but always said we would really have our couples time when we were empty nesters. Turned out we had a blast the whole time. I was glad to get rid of that minivan phase though and return to 2 seaters when they offered all the room that was required.

Happily married, five children (one in college, four at home), seven Corvettes. PM me if you would like for my wife to call your wife.

Was married almost 49 years, I lost my girl last year. My Girl supported me at all Corvette functions to include, car shows, drives and the 50th caravan to Bowling Green. C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6 and just got me a C-7. All converts with exception of the C-3. She will love it to, great community to be and have fun together.

3) Married with kids at home, we bought the Corvette so we could run away!

It's been said many times, all your car will attract is old men that want to talk about your car.

25 years and counting.

Married 45 years. 2 adult children both college graduates. I have a 2014 Z51 3LT Cyber Grey coupe and wife has a 2016 Daytona Orange Z51 3LT. Doesn't get any better !!
Should also state that these 2 are #13 and #14 that WE have had. Before that, I bought my 1st, a new 1965 roadster when I was 17 and the had a 67 and a 69 before getting married.
