Consumer Reports Magazine readers diss the C7
Consumer Reports recently had some negative stats on the C7 from a survey of owners who are also subscribers.
How many C7 owners:
1. Get the magazine?
2. Rely on it for advice on what cars to consider?
3. Rely on it for advice on other product decisions?

This was posted and was discussed over and over again. Opinions on both sides of the report, but most do not use CR for making a Corvette purchase decision.

Your post title makes it sound like random CR readers are "dissing" the Corvette, which is stupid. And no one is "dissing" the car. Readers are asked to answer specific, factual questions about whether they've had problems with different areas of the car. These aren't the opinions of CR editors, they're the factual experiences of Corvette owners. You can argue about whether a problem with the infotainment screen should count as a "reliability" issue, but not with the fact that a statistically valid sample of C7 owners reported problems with the screen.

I seem to remember CR naming the Rambler American car of the year. I don't pay much attention to what CR says about cars.

There is more candor in the forums than anything CR can report on that has real value to C7 owners or prospective owners.
