It's really what its worth to you.
For a datapoint, I just paid $62K for a 2016 z51, 1LT, mag shocks, A8, black wheels, and a 5-year wheel and tire warranty.
Difference, this car has A8 with additional cooler, mag shocks, 290 miles, and 2 more years of warranty... but no 3LT.
Its your call.

2014s are 2 year old models, not 3.
MSRP for an equivalent 2016 is $71k +depending on other options.
This 2014 is worth mid to upper $50s, after deducting 2 YEARS of depreciation.
As a reference point, you could negotiate an identical new 2016 for high $60's - low $70's.
I say walk if they are stuck on price of the 2014.

From an auction standpoint the 2014 Covette C7 Z51 Coupes that have sold at auctions between 1/01/2015 and 8/5/2015 all with lower miles and in the range from 3000 to 6000 miles have crossed the auction block with a selling range of $51,000 to a high of $63,000.
The average is in the $54,000 to $58,000 range, and some of these are the 2014 Z51 Convertibles. So if these auction cars end up being sold on a dealers lot, it is most likely marked up $3000 to $4000 at most.
So your $59,000 from a dealer is fair, and the dealers price of $64,000 is a bit high.
From my research, without knowing the exact VIN I would suggest $59,000 is a fair price point to bargain down to.
Good luck in your negotiations.

I'm thinking there have been more than a few 14's that are loaded up 2's and even a couple 3lts that were offered in your price range right here on the forum...
Good luck you gonna love it.

Another way to analyze it:
In 2017 and and beyond identical 2014 and 2016 C7s will be valued at about $10k apart.
So, if you plan to keep the 2014 a couple years or more, you want to compare the purchase price on the used 2014 to what you can get a new 2016 for.
Again, an identical 2016 MSRP is $71-$76k, depending on options. You can buy one from a forum dealer for about 7% off, so $66k - $71k.
To cover for the fact that in the future the 2014 will always be 2 years older and about $10k less in value than the 2016, you don't want to pay anymore than $56-$61k (depending on exact options) right now for the 2014.

In the used market, options depreciate at a much higher rate than the base car, so the 3LT option may cost $8K more new, but may only add $1-2K in value used...
Unless the Z51 and 3LT options are non-negotiable requirements, frankly, you can buy a brand new 2016 base C7 for less than $59K... and the base car is a really, really great, well equipped car.
Again, if this is exactly the car you would order new, then its a good deal, if not, maybe it isn't.

OP just needs to know if the car is good deal. What he can get a new one for with half the options may not matter to OP.

Burning Brakes
The last time I was in a standoff, I went up $25 and got it. it seems they just wanted to see if I would budge.

Platinum Supporting Dealership
We have brand new 2016 3LTs with Z51, Mag Ride, and more for $71,000. $64,000 sounds way to high but $59k is not bad if he will come

"In honor of jpee"
I always wonder about those "model years," too Let's see: first model year was '14; second was '15;we are now in '16. So, is the first model year compared to the third model year, 3 model years old? This IS the third model year, right?
