Gene,

Looks like we have enough to do a group buy. How do we proceed?

Here is my wheel from Vette Candy $699 after core return
I love it -I have had if for a few months and it feels like I am driving a Ferrari -The rim is a little thicker which I like
The flat bottom makes entry easier, the flatter top makes it easier to see the hud and it feels good driving it in the curves.....
And lastly - it just looks great. Vette Candy did a terrific job, on time and very well made and not a bad price.

Here's what we need. Can someone gather all of the interested names (forum names) and list them in one post and keep track?

I need to dissect the catalog for the 2016 non-Z06 steering wheels. I will then make up a back end listing on the website for the steering wheels as the special GP price for the forum members.

This will be a website GP for you guys. I'll make the listing and provide the special pricing, when I get all of the wheels, availability and listing made up and then I'll provide you guys with a link to order.

We can do the GP on suede, leather or whatever you want.

I do have a question. I see a "high gloss" suede steering wheel listed. I have never seen this wheel. Has anyone else? And is anyone interested in it?

good question. It may be worth adding pictures to the group purchase thread you suggested so everyone knows what is available..

You really want a 16-foot steering wheel?

Gene, I would imagine that would be the steering wheel that comes with the Black Suede Design Package. I recall hearing at the NCM Bash that all carbon fiber trim (instrument panel, steering wheel and competition seats) would have matching high gloss trim.

If the group buy is from Vette Candy I would be interested in a two LT black.

I like the fact it is thicker and has the flatter top.

Best regards,

Jim

The Cultrag wheel doesn't look nearly as thick as the Vette Candy, which is very important to me.

Default Vette Candy Butterfly

After a ton of research and some direct communications with Sergio at Vette Candy, this is what my final choice was. D shaped (more like butterfly) suede with Carbon Fiber like bezel. Sergio was beyond great to work with and the final product came in at $799 (including the $100 for the Carbon Fiber "like" material) and the workmanship is fantastic! This is a perfect match for my 2015 Z51 AW and looks like it came from BG with this wheel.
