Did dealer forget to take this part off?
So finally am getting acquainted with our car and while looking down at the rear suspension I saw this black plastic square in the middle. Is this normal? Is this supposed to be removed before delivery? Car is 2015 Z51 MSRC 8AT.

Hard to tell from pic what you're referring to. Guess it's not the parking brake cable or heat exchanger and if the rear brake duct cooling deflectors that do hang down, not a good pic to see. If a Z51, dealer actually installs those since they hang too low for transport.

Looks like an air dam to shove air up into the slot to hit the coils above it.

so, so far some have it some don't. I would say its a Z51 thing, but ccap has a Z51 and doesn't have it, UNLESS his dealer took it off on accident. We need a forum dealer to chime in, maybe they know...
