Default Experience with RPI Designs

I found out Sunday that my better half and I need to go on a 1500 mile round trip cruise to visit family. I'm thinking about taking my new blemish free Z51 but obviously am concerned pings from abstract road debris. I like driving my machines but hate those "tinks" when things hit the hood or windshield. Anyway, in an attempt to mitigate such damage, I ordered a novistretch from RPI on Monday and sent an email explaining the urgent need. I received a reply quickly that indicated it would be sent asap. That was yesterday - I received the novistretch today upon getting home from work! Now THAT is service! It was also the best price I've ever seen on the novistretch, $151 shipped, which is a great deal if it saves a couple of chips. I'm not affiliated with RPI in any way, just relaying a great positive customer experience. They truly did a great job and was much appreciated. Cheers

I was on the phone today with Don to order side rails and a splitter. Don was great, spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and discussing the differences among various makes, finishes, etc.

in the past I had ordered products from RPI, they were always prompt in their responses and deliveries were on schedule as they portrayed.

Very good customer service. bought several things - even returned one that just wasn't to my liking. Don was great, got my refund quickly.

Default Happy with RPI

I ordered side skirts and they advised me that it would take at least a month due to a backlog of orders. About 1 month later the skirts were delivered in a reinforced box and the shipping was free. They are painted in carbon flash metallic and match the other CFM trim pieces perfectly. I also highly recommend RPI when you are ready to do mods.

I will highly recommend RPI Designs. Since receiving the car in Feb 2014, I have received and installed the following items from RPI Designs: Exhaust Filler Panel, Plenum Cover, Fuel Rail Covers, Splash Guards and I have jack pucks ordered which will be here by Friday. All of the painted items have been high quality and arrived packed well and ready for installation. Turn around time has been as promised.

Thank you everyone for your business and your kind words, we greatly appreciate it. I am here to help as much as I can, so if you have a question or would like to place an order with a live person (some companies can not claim that) please give me a call 888-257-8515 ext 2. Thanks, Don

Never have I ever had bad experience with RPI Design Josh, Don and company understand how important customer service is and they follow through flawlessly. When I have a major project it is ONLY RPI I will go too. Not saying other vendors on forum are not Customer saalvy but I go back to what I can depend upon. Highly recommend RPI.

RPI is awesome! I've used them for my 2012 Camaro parts and now for my 2015 Vette. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them. They ship FAST! have the best prices and the best quality.

How is the product - thick enough to prevent the bigger stuff? Also, does it look like it would work with a splitter?

Looks like a good quality material. I only intend to use for long road trips. It's a tight weave nylon mesh type fabric - probably good for bugs and lightweight debris but can't see it protecting much from rocks, stones and such. I guess we will see. It's worth it if it saves a few ****** in the paint from the little stuff. The reviews look good.

I ordered a front splitter and side skirts from RPI. Delivered about 4 weeks later and was very happy with what I purchased. About a week after I installed the front splitter I noticed some chipping and was a little concerned. Then in another week the chipping was very noticeable and I new it was the splitter paint because I had no chips in the body. I called and spoke with RPI as well as sent pictures. Their response was you are right and we will send you a new one. And you can keep the old one. Now that is what I call customer service. I received the new one about two weeks ago and have yet changed it out. But when I do I will have a back up if and or when I break this one.

I recently ordered side skirts and after placing the order realized I had ordered the wrong ones - totally my mistake. Don sorted it out fast for me no problem, and they got to me super fast! I am a very satisfied customer as well!
