It's probably not going to hurt it..... I drive my car a lot harder than that.
I would be more worried about him bumping the nose, porbably not used to driving something with that long of a hood and nose.
Making a mountain out of a molehill........ Next time just park it yourself... Problem solved.

It's not illegal to record video in a public place, or a private owned space in this instance. It is questionable in some states to record audio without consent and that's why Chevy changed the way it records in valet mode only without audio.

I don't have a c7, I just wanted to offer some insight on the valet process. The guy checks the front of the car possibly to check for a plate/prior damage to write on tag for the car. Also, a "valet mode" that would limit the car to 35 mph would suck because places where I have valeted often times had a satellite parking area, sort of like how dealerships have an extra lot to store cars, and that lot usually requires traveling at a higher rate of speed than 35 mph to be safe. Oh, OP, I used to valet at the Triangle in Costa Mesa, and to get to their satellite lot you had to go a hell of a lot faster than 35 mph (it's right where the 55 ends).
Also, unfortunately, valets suck! We had a few people who did not know how to drive stick and they would, in front of the customer, crunch gears and stall. I've been part of a group that has thrown events at segerstorm as well, and that lot is a lot better than the cramped loading docks we would stuff cars in at the triangle when the parking garage got full.
Yes we would mess around with cars, some people worse than others, and we also have had unfortunate accidents. The company I worked for once had a parking garage have 4 accidents in ONE night! One time one of our drivers scraped the top of a truck in a low clearance building. Never. Valet. Your. Car. Seriously.
I have a civic si and even the porter at the dealership couldn't drive my car properly. Oh and that note, I am part of a civic forum and I thought we were bad at treating each other with respect, lol.

Safety Car
Just saw this story on my Yahoo! homepage and wondered if it was a CF member. I'd be supremely pissed, but I would never valet my car in the first place so I guess it's a moot point.
