Corvettes depreciate about the same as Porsches do (non 918s). 5 years out they are generally worth 50%.

I have zero issues so your first year comment is BS. I think about 95% of 14 owners will agree with me.

This car is the best Corvette I have ever owned and I don't think about depreciation at all. I'm getting my money's worth everyday with this beautiful car and had it while it was the hottest thing out. People taking pictures and thumbs up everywhere. So many people asking about it and starting conversations just because they are interested in the new Corvette.

And the way it drives.......that alone has made everyday I have used it, that much more enjoyable.
Well said!!!!

Actually, it's been my experience Porsche's depreciate faster. In 2005 I picked up a 14 month old 2003 Boxster S for $37,500, it had a window sticker of $62,895. Today I can buy a lightly used, well optioned 2014 Boxster S in the mid to upper $60's that sold new for $80K+.

I'm thinking that anyone with a 3LT, fully equipped 2014 that stickered over $80K would be a bit disappointed to be offered $65K for it today.
