Default Orange County, CA Auto Show

I attended the auto show on Friday and Chevrolet had a display featuring a gorgeous SG Z06 coupe. The paint on this car was perfect,,,,,no visible orange peel. The car had obviously been worked on to make the paint sparkle and look perfect. My question: Would you consider this deceptive advertising as I doubt any buyer would receive a SG car with the paint quality of this car?

I would expect that every car manufacture puts their best foot forward at these shows and they all produce cars with orange peel. So are all of them committing some sort of deception? Would you go to the big car shows in LA or Detroit and expect to see orange peel. Nope just the way it is, life in general and car paint , nothings perfect it seems.

Sorry for no pictures. I have them but don't know how to post them. I must tell you that my 2012 Chrysler 200 silver metallic convertible has no orange peel. Should I expect less of a car double the price?

If you feel GM is so deceptive, then you better not buy a car from them. You are best getting another Chrysler 200. I heard the new 200 is a "real" car this time, not just a rental fleet special.
