Default ACS splitter only?

Aloha all,

Noticed a lot of folks running both splitter & rocker panel extensions or simply rocker extensions alone. Anyone running just the ACS front splitter? Pics maybe???

TIA & Mahalo

Once the GM version becomes available, I'll most likely get one of those, without the side skirts. Unlike all the others made by aftermarket manufacturers, the GM version is a soft, semi-flexible material.

flexible would be nice... a curb ate my ACS this afternoon... I have the curb alert on the car as well... I guess I need to adjust it better.

You'll notice, true AeroPackages are made of a rigid material to be efficient at high speeds. The Z06 splitter is made of a composite rigid material, whereas the Atlantic and Pacific editions are indeed made in a plastic injection material (softer) ... depends if you are looking for a purely cosmetic part or a combination of performance and efficiency.

As damaged as your splitter was, I don't think a semi rigid piece would have came out much better.

GM 2015 version for the Atlantic Edition has Canards on the side too...

I most likely will do the same, but add the side skirts too... Nothing wrong with just using the splitter, but personally I think the skirts add more to the overall effect of the car.

I did notice the splitters on the Z06 are different, Carbon Fiber and much lower..with much more aggressive canards.....
