Default TPW 08/11/14 Delivery

I wonder when the car will show up at the dealership in St. Marys, Ohio, which is about 350 miles from BG?

Buds ???

when my 2002 was built; it took around 5 days before it showed up in St. Marys.

Typically during a new model-year startout, they will hold all cars produced for the first two weeks... not letting them ship (in case there is a QC issue; makes it easy to correct if they are still in the back lot of the factory).

Because of this, I'm expecting my Buds 2015 Corvette (also with a 8-11 TPW) to arrive around August 28th at the earliest.

Tim,
I also have a tpw of 8-11 but for a Columbus delivery.
Why would they hold cars for QC just because it is a new year? It is the same generation with a few changes such as pdr and 8 speed auto.

Because it's a new year with changes such as PDR and 8 Speed Auto!!
There's also software changes too.

Hopefully we don't see a Nashville all over again, I'm not in the 8/11 TPW but if it happens to me again I'm gonna flip!

They might or they might not, we will see soon enough!

Ask WKMCD, he had his C7 Delivered from Buds in May.

They always have a quality audit and then release if no problems found.

Howdy Dave !

that's why I said "typically". I agree, that there may not be a need for this 2 week QC hold for the start of the 2015 C7 production.

Keep your fingers crossed.
