Default Magride w/o Z51, any chance for 2015?

I read somewhere that Chevy was planning to offer magride on the base model but changed their minds because it got complicated. Anyone know more about this and the potential for offering it in '15?

I'd say the potential of it being offered for 2015 is virtually nil at this point, otherwise it would have been in the order guide.

It can't. Mode switch will change steering feel, shift points on auto trans, and exhaust sound with performance exhaust.

I have a Z51 with Mag ride. I love it. I would order it on all future cars if available.
The only problem is grouping it with a package that may or may not be suitable to the buyer. That is where I think GM has done wrong. This system is fantastic and should be available to all C7 Stingrays not just Z51. My .02cts

GM is really to gouge Z51 buyers for 2015. Bundling the NPP into the Z51 option then another $2K or so for the MRC and suddenly the Full Monty Z51 is close to $7500.

I wonder how close to a base Z06 some Z51's will get in 2015?

I think the majority of Z51 orders had the NPP option, therefore it's just a cost offset, however, they could jack up the Z51 more than the NPP addition. I would also say the majority that ordered Z51 also ordered MSRC. So the question is how much will the base and options go up from 14.

Those of us that got the Z51 option prior to price hike got a bargan, and those after still got a good deal. 15s might be in for a shock, but we will see shortly.

Hope this isn't too far off topic but it hit me as I was reading this. Z51 + mag ride + npp+ Z06 body parts + 50 hp = new Grand Sport@ $80-82k.

Another new "model". Keep things like mag ride off of base Stingray, force buyers up the model line.

Default I wanna base C7 coupe with magride.

I wanna base C7 with mag ride so the mode switch actually enhances cornering as well as the other items mentioned. From what I have read it is a truely innovative and cost effective shock damping control. I don't want heavier sway bars and stiffer shocks on a car I plan to cruise 80% of the time I am on the road.

Default Throttle too?

Mode switch will change steering feel, shift points on auto trans, and exhaust sound with performance exhaust.
Doesn't it also change throttle sensativity?
