Scraped chrome wheel on curb. Is there an easy fix?

How about a photo? If it's near the rim's edge I would suggest covering it with these. RIM RINGZ

I'm having my dealer install these before delivery.
Good luck

Call a couple good used car dealers in your area and see who they use to repair/refinish wheels.
They'll strip them, polish the area (weld if need be and grind down), then re chrome.

One option is to wait until you get some more scrapes, then have the wheel repaired. I had two repaired through Discount Tire, and they came back looking like new. Cost was $125 each - much less than a new wheel.
Edit: My wheels are silver painted, not chrome. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks, guys, for your help. I think I'll go with one of these suggestions:

Burning Brakes
I scraped my painted silver wheel a couple of weeks ago. A good wheel repair place can fix it as good as new. Mine cost $200 - basically that's the cost regardless of the amount of damage. The shop I used also does powder coating (some beautiful options to consider at a later date if/when I get bored with my wheels) and the owner said those also cost $200/wheel. Don't know if chrome is a different cost, but the point is you can get it fixed like new. I am obsessive about my baby and am very satisfied. If you live in the SF Bay area, PM me and I can give you the name of the business.

Sounds like yours isn't that bad... Good luck with the decision, and stay away from the curbs!
A lady parked a new C7 vert outside of our bowling center Monday night, still with temp registration in the window, and I noticed severe curb rash covering more than half of the rear right wheel. I spoke with her later and suggested that she not park quite so close to curbs, and she hadn't noticed the extent of the damage. She was pretty mad at herself when she saw it.

If you want it perfect, jack the car up, remove the wheel, take it to a tire store to remove the tire and sent it to HiTech Metal Polishing in Santa Fe Springs. They specialize in wheels. There is also California Chrome in Valencia. They will remove the tire and fix the wheel as well. They are pretty expensive though but they are close and they too specialize in wheels. Either of those two will strip the chrome and re-plate the wheel so it looks like new. For a simple fix, you could use some clear nail polish which should keep the chrome from flaking in that area and also prevent rust.
