Hey Mark !

Buds Chevrolet in St. Marys Ohio; #8 on the "most allocations" list.

They promised me about 2 months ago that I would be their first '15 order... and they came through !

I'd already be driving a '14... had GM allowed the employee discount at the onset.

Congrats on the ZF1 C7. The wait is the hardest part. I know. Any discount? I have the CU discount and was told no discounts on MY15 for at least 6 months, so I'm pressing with my MY14 LRG order.

The GM employee discount.

I know GM finally opened this up for GMS - in April; but by then we already had made plans for a '15.. had moved some funds around in anticipation of a late August delivery.

If the ZF1 wasn't an available option, I would of opted for the body colored spoiler, and base wheels... looking later down the road for a Z51 set of wheels in the 4 Sale section.

Congrats on the order. You'll love the car. Are you gonna swap rear-ends like you did way back when? A 3.15 would be awesome with that 8 spd.

Long story short; we've had Corvettes for over 30 years, and his/hers Vettes for the past 10 years. Decided that with a C7 ... we'd go back to sharing one again. So, she and I both picked the options on this one.

ya know; my days of taking every mile on the street - as the last turn before the end of a race - are not as plentiful as they were 35years ago (when I bought my first Corvette).

on Yvonnes 50th AE Vert with Mag Ride - the selector stayed in "Tour"... only being swtiched to Sport once - just to see what it felt like.

I'm lucky to have owned Corvettes; that are fast as hell... but also look fast-as-hell just sitting there as well

How much did they hit you for the new auto 8 speed? I haven't seen any pricing yet.

Tiger Shark Grey and grey interior is the combo I was considering. I think it is a very classy and soft look. Good choice.
