No after it is shipped that is when the dealer can print it off.

Invoice created when dealer is billed for car - usually when on the truck. Monroney created at last step of mfg....prob 4000 code or so

To clarify they are able to print invoice after it is release at the plant to the carrier. The carrier is putting window stickers on are they maybe done it the plant. The SS's coming in had the window sticker printed at port of entry that was when you could print the invoice. It's been a long time since I was in a plant retired in Jan. 2000 the plants maybe doing window stickers.
