I bought the item below due to the other thread with a vette on blocks, works works great. Use 19mm or 3/4 to get the stock lug nuts off, tighten to 100lb/ft of torque (see your manual).

Went looking for locking nuts and next to the display was a special socket that is used to remove a locking lug nut for those that lose the key. So, why should I buy locking lug nuts?

Just go to Discount Tire, that is where I got mine. He had the book that shows the correct size.
Four lugs nuts and one lock per wheel.
