For Those of us...
For those of us who had long waits at 1100, what's more agonizing? The wait from 1100 to 2000 or the shorter wait periods (which seems longer) throughout the rest of the process?

For me it was worse knowing MY car actually existed, wasn't just a bin of parts and was waiting to ship/arrive

I waited over 3 months
I waited over 3 months at 1100. Seemed like a long time, but I am now scheduled to be built this week (TPW 4/28) and still no word.
This week seems much longer than than the 3 month delay. When I finally see that she has been built, I can breath again because then I will KNOW that the museum delivery is less than 2 weeks away. All the previous waiting had no date in stone, but the museum is scheduled and nothing will get between me and my new baby.

I only sat at 1100 for a few days, no big deal and the rest of progression through the various stages was smooth and timely. Where it got crazy for me was the almost 2 weeks between 4200 (Shipped) and 5000 (at dealer's location). Where the hell is my car? I felt like as parent who had lost a child! It was the only time in the process that I did not know what was happening.
I guess I had it pretty good!

I waited 4 months at 1100 - that was the hardest for me, because I was not assured of getting the car - once I'd gone to 2000 then 3000 I knew it was only a matter of time. Having to wait all day in Columbus as my son played two soccer games before picking up my car from Rick Conti that evening - that was hard.
