Exhaust Tips Not Even
Not sure if anyone else has noticed this or not but my Exhaust Tips on my week old C7 are not even. I didn't notice this when I picked the car up but when it was sitting in my garage which is higher then the street and I was in the street I noticed that they are not aligned. Now that I have seen it it is really bothering me so I was wondering if anyone else has this issue? I took the car to the dealer (it is still there) and they said that the tips are welded and they cannot be moved. I told them that I am not happy about this and they said they will have someone else look at it tomorrow.
Pictures attached are a) without any markup, and b) with some markup to show what I am talking about.
Appreciate any input on this.

It's the spacing between the right and left muffler not the tips themselves. Maybe the mountings can be tweaked to compensate?

The tips are welded to the mufflers. But since it is a dual exhaust system, each set of two tips is welded to an individual muffler. They just need to add some space in the middle; in between both mufflers. They just need to loosen the rear section up; reposition, and retighten. BUT, there is only one way that each muffler assembly will fit in each hanger.

Maybe the OP needs to find another dealer. This is childsplay stuff for a late model Corvette and something they should have EASILY recognized....

Believe me if they still say they can't fix it tomorrow I will surely take it someplace else. I started with the Dealer since I've had the car less then 2 weeks so I wanted to make sure they, as well as GM are aware of it.

The one that bothers me the most is the last tip on the right. It's hard to see in these pictures but that one is noticeably lower then the rest of them.

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about this. Looks to me like the entire right exhaust needs to be rotated slightly counterclockwise. That is likely easier said than done.

That's EXACTLY how mine looked.
There are two bolts between the center tips. If you're lucky you can loosen them and try to get the left and right pairs even. I was not so lucky and had to undo the clamps further up the system in front of the axle, then break them loose and rotate a little (Pipe wrench works). Rotating the left pipe clockwise got em better. Ended up rotating the right too to get it all close to uniform Then one of the Bolts to the rear would not line up well...The right muffler is slotted and the left has the nut welded on from behind. The slottting is only vertical and not left/right. I had to jigger that a bit to and could only line up one of the OEM bolts. Used a smaller one for the misaligned upper hole. Overall this was a PITA, but it looks better now, still not perfect though. I think only I'll notice it...
I think the Welding jig is off a little on the brackets..(Npp)
Here's how it looked when I brought it home:

That sucks. Hope you get it fixed.
My C6 left muffler always tended to rotate CCW especially when I "goosed" it good. It was fairly easy to fix though as it was a simple clamp issue.
If my C7 looks like that at my NCM pickup in 3wks they will be fixing it before I leave.

Ah hah! So I am not nutz and apparently not the only one!! This is not the best shot but illustrates that my right side tips are lower than my left side. Same as you guys described. I thought I would lift her up and see what I can be done this weekend (while it's raining). Taking a quick look I thought I spotted a vertical slotted connection behind the tips. Maybe an adjustment point?
Oh, BTW, build date for me was 2/19/14.

You guys purchased the wrong car, Bugatti Veyron maybe? Exhaust tips not aligned properly, I would never have noticed. I am not going to stress.
