1) offer the option for having hood vent and the diff/transmission cooler vents painted body color
2) get rid of the tacky stingray emblem on front fender
3) get rid of the chrome/plastic bar across the front intake
4) "Fix" the 4x4 ride height (or better said, the space between tire and fenders)
5) Offer z-51 package WITHOUT the rear spoiler that looks straight from Ecklers. MAN the non Z51 cars look so nice with the clean rear deck lid all the way through.
6) HP. You know, they really should have made it at least 50hp over LS-3. I'm sure they have an extra 30-40 HP already planned for MY 2016/2017.
7) Split the exhaust to get rid of the 4 lined up trumpets, 2 then a space then 2.

Melting Slicks
Here's my wish list:
- Make an adjustment for the side bolsters on the seat bottom to move the bolsters in and out. Bigger people sit with their legs partially resting on the top of the bolster, and since they have stiffened the bolsters, this can get uncomfortable after a while.
- Make an option to start the car with rev matching ON (or remember the last setting).
- Make the battery more accessible by adding a door, rather than requiring you to pull the carpet away from the sides (potentially damaging something).
- Add a power terminal of some type into the rearview mirror, so we can easily mount our radar detectors there.
- Install a covered power receptacle for a battery tender on the outside of the car -- perhaps under the rear bumper, or someplace not visible. As great as the power receptacle is in the trunk, you still have to slam the wire in the trunk lid, and protect the wire as it dangles against the paint. There should be a downward-facing receptacle under the rear bumper (or something like that). So many garage queens, so many dangling cords...
- Add an LED light under the hood. My C5 has an incandescent light under the hood, and when I changed it to an LED, it easily lit up everything clearly at night.
- Likewise, change ALL incandescent lights to LEDs. License plate lights and trunk lights, I'm looking at you. (I purchased the LED lights offered by a forum vendor, and they're great.)
- Add an optional stretchy cargo net that lies flat on the trunk floor, and in anchored in the four corners of the trunk area. My Audi has this, and it is great. You can pull up the net and slip your cargo under it, and the net kind of "shrink wraps" your cargo to keep it from moving. (Also keep supplying the cargo net that attaches to the rear wall.)

I have very few complaints as I love the car. However, if we're making a wishlist:
1) Interior - use a more-plush, higher quality looking carpeting solution throughout the car, and less bare plastic (especially around the stick).
2) Exterior - I don't have any use for the trolls that go on and on about "camaro tail lights." However, I'd actually like to see Corvette dump the boxy rear end design cue and round off some of the rear end, like the top corners etc. Just round/smooth it out. The C7 ditched most of the butt of the C6 and they should have gone that further step in my opinion, and it would have better matched the front.

My 2 cents for C7 improvement. Delivered in Oct. and just turned 8000miles with no major problems. 1. The DIC should be able to display Turn indicators as well as high beam. 2. Here in Texas more and more roads are being resurfaced with recycled asphalt. While this gives good traction and saves the state money it makes carrying on a conversation while underway very difficult. 3. The radio display screen seems to always display a lot of finger prints. 4. The AC fan motor needs a lower speed available

The one thing that my BMW X5 has that I wish that my C7 has is power side view mirrors...push a button and the fold in or out...I'm surprised that a car as expensive and sophisticated as the C7 has manual mirrors.

Revamp the rear. Round the corners a little instead of such abrupt and sharp corners. Redesign or remove the mascara vents. Don't make the black diffuser go so high up on the rear.
Remove the ugly Stingray emblems on the side.
Improve the paint quality.

just a few simple changes & additions...
- add a few features to 3LT package, like
front and rear beepers for driving in, backing in
all led lights...trunk,plate, under hood
lumbar adjustment up and down, not just in and out
- change remote vert down only to up and down
- stop usb playback when you turn off car
- fix nav details
easy to load pois more than 100 miles away
put MyPois at top of categories instead of bottom
-fix favorites scrolling, very hard to do reliably up-down and left-right
ALL SOFTWARE IMPROVEMENTS FOR 2015 ALSO UPDATED ON 2014 C7s ! DON'T FORGET US!

I'll try to snag a pic of it and see how it compares to others.

Do double check that the lens is clean, take a wet cloth to it. Especially if you've been driving in the snow/slush this winter. I've had that make a huge difference in quality on my SUV.
