Opinions on Spoiler
So, I think I am going to have the wing spoiler installed on the new AW vert I am in the process of buying. The question is, do I want to keep it body color, or black to bring together the lower valence and the black stinger stripe I am also planning to install? (This is not the exact car, just a reference)

Personal preference of course, but I would definitely go with painting it carbon flash to tie in the other bits on the car. I think it will look great on the vert.

both would look good, but at a certain point the body color seems to be part of the car , whereas the black seems a bit like a bolt on.

Get the spoiler in white. Since your side mirrors are white, keep the continuity. If your side mirrors were black, then you could get the spoiler in black.

Body color here....however, make sure you sit in a C7 with a spoiler before making a decision...I would not have it if I had a choice....main reasons are 1) I am a golfer and slinging the clubs over the spoiler is risky. But I did buy the protector to address scratching the paint. 2)The other issue is in your rearview mirror while driving you will be distracted by moving reflections in the angled surface of the spoiler, such as trees over head...very minor point, but it can be distracting.

thats the best looking rear end ive ever seen on a vette [i have seen better rear ends other places, however]. DONT TOUCH IT, or ill be really pis*ed at you. no spoiler--it messes up the great lines.
