My first Vette-will I miss my Infiniti G37?

Probably not. You didn't mention if the G37 was a sedan or coupe but if you're going to a C7 you most likely don't need a four seater. I drove an I35t for many years and really enjoyed the car but it doesn't compare to my Stingray. You're in for a real treat. Congrats on your order.

I hate to say it, but the G37 is just an up-jumped 370Z with a nicer interior...while the Corvette is, well, a Corvette. Not only is the Stingray, lighter and more powerful, but the Stingray also has a much, much nicer interior than past Vettes. I'm dying to get mine.

After I traded my 350ZZ for my C6, I missed it for the better seats and interior. If I had gone from a 370Z to a C7, I would have not missed the Nissan for a second. You will not miss the Infiniti.

Traded G37 awd sedan in for Vette and the answer is no I do not miss it other than the
fact of the AWD.I have had both sedan and coupe of the G37 and when it first came out
got a lot of attention but than it became just another car on the road.
The Vette is a whole different story and the looks and power cannot be beat.I do not use the Vette as a everyday ride rather use a suv to avoid the harsh winter weather that would prevent my Vette from going on the road.

You may miss being just another anonymous car on the road. Your Corvette will receive much more attention.
The Stingray is such an athletic balanced performance machine, your old car will be a vague memory soon enough.

I've got both. The G37 is my daily driver, the Corvette my summer fun car. There's nothing about the G37 that I like better than the Corvette except the smooth ride of the G37 on long trips. If I lived where the climate was such that I could drive my Corvette all the time it would probably be the only car I'd have.

Traded up!
Had a G37. Great car but my C7 is in a different class. Assuming you do not need back seats there is no comparison. The Vette is a much more fun car.
Enjoy your ride.
Enjoy your ride.

I had a G37S coupe (two of them actually). There is no possible way you will miss it. Performance is in such a different stratosphere that there is no point in evening comparing.

Surely you jest and as far as seats in infinity being better than c6 I owned a 2004 G35 coupe seats sucked who wants to ride on a steel bar next to drivers thigh.

C'mon now do you seriously envision that happening?
