Anyone get the car under MSRP?
Just curious if any of you guys got the new Stingray under MSRP. Expecting mine to be ready sometime next month. I want to see if I got any room to go under MSRP with my negotiations once my car is ready. I am in Southern California.

If you ordered the car I would imagine that you are pretty much locked in on your deal???? Generally dealers nail it down before they order a car for someone. If you are not able/willing to walk away, then you have no leverage.

A lot of people here have been getting GM Employee and Supplier Pricing, if the Dealer decides to do it. That gets them to Invoice Pricing from what I've read here.

Yes, I got a modest discount off MSRP when I submitted my order in January. I spoke to other dealers who demanded MSRP plus as much as $4500 in one case.

I definitely should have done the GM credit card..regrets regrets
I willingly paid MSRP when I ordered mine. anything above MSRP is unfair IMO.
I normally will not pay MSRP for vehicles but I feel as if the corvette will hold its value better than a majority of other vehicles.

Look at the supporting dealers posts in the inventory section. Many start with an asking price of 3 grand below sticker. Forget about some local dealer that might get one Corvette a year and tells you that he has some rare, hard to find item. Anyone who has followed Corvette pricing for years knows that much larger discounts will be forthcoming. Don't let the retailers BS you, there aren't that many guys with 70 grand to spend on a toy in a climate of higher taxation, government suppression of business, and wealth redistribution.

I ordered my car. MSRP was 58,xxx. I paid 53,xxx. No special pricing programs or otherwise. Just the deal I got. Local, non-forum dealer.

OP should have negotiated best deal BEFORE placing order. Under most circumstances, you have no bargaining chips at this point..
Paid $3K below MSRP for my ordered Z51 coupe

Bought mine on January 20th. $2000 off MSRP and $2000 more for my trade than anyone else would do. Also had a little money from the GM card which paid for the $199 doc fee.
Glad I bought when I bought, as I was battling with more depreciation on my trade and future price increases on the C7.

500.00 over invoice back in December. Plus 500.00 Farm Bureau discount, and 2100.00 in GM credit card points. I have bought a lot of cars from this Dealer though.
