Still waiting in SC. Was told today it shipped yesterday. Hopefully the wait is about over. Vin 24976 completed 5/8. Long story that I will share.
Small dealer had one allocation. I wanted a Z51 which was on constraint. If I had ordered that and not been able to get it, the allocation may have been delayed or lost. Therefore, we entered a sold order for non Z51. We also entered an order for a Z51 and placed it as first choice and the non Z sold unit as second choice. I was lucky to get the Z51. But, at completion, shipping was delayed since it was not listed as a sold unit. Dealer contacted BG and asked for help when they understood what was happening. Once Chevy found out the unit was sold, they worked their magic and got it on a truck. Thanks to my dealer and their BG contact.

Truck ride is just 2 or 3 days so you should be getting your mods ready!

4D00 means the car is bayed and ready for transport. It can sit there waiting for inspection before shipping. FWIW: My car showed 4D00 and magically showed up at the dealer.

This is the 2nd horror story about a long delivery time to Washington State. What are you guys doing up there? Hiding from the delivery truck? You get left off the Rand McNally Atlas or something?
Patience is it's own reward. (Well that sucks to even say it )
Hang in there. Eventually they'll screw up and find Washington!

I found out today that the car is on a train in Nebraska. Does anyone know if it's a straight shot to WA or is the car going to get off one train and onto another? Chevy customer service says it's enroute to a distribution center in Kent WA. Yesterday the train was in IL, so at least it's moving.

Is there a glacier named Washington State? I'm pretty sure it's moving faster than your cars.
Seriously, you must be just north of Timbuktu!

It's because all the locomotives are in North Dakota moving oil. If our idiot of a Commander in Chief would have OK's the Keystone Pipeline, we could be driving our cars....

BTW, where do you get all the specific location information? As far as I know, the car could be lost in space.

Are we all done? Are there still cars on the train to Poughkeepsie?

As of today, my car was built 3 weeks ago, and it is still sitting in Toledo with its Lime Rock Green thumb out, waiting for a ride. Think of me, Elmer, as you are enjoying your C7 this weekend...

Nope, mine sits 20 miles from my dealer at at transfer lot, it's been there since last week. The frustrating thing is that I leave in 8 days on an extended business trip. I figured I would have the car by now....
