Is your C7 your first Corvette?

First, really wanted one in the late 70's, 80's but couldn't afford one then. By the time I could I was into other things but when I saw the C7 I knew that was the car for me.

Other than a handful (including Maine Doc!) seems I was WAY off on the number of first timers. Good to hear!

A lot of first's so far, which I suspected! Many that I have talked to, liked the earlier Corvettes, but have not liked the newer ones (C4 C5 C6). However, those same people feel totally different about the C7.

C7 will be my 4th. 1990, 1995, 2006. Currently still have the 1995 C4 convertible. I plan on selling the C4 when the C7 convertible finally arrives late in April.

The C7 will be my 3rd-had a 68 427 convertible and a 79 L82 previously.

My third.
'05 Vert and '09 Z06.

Traded in the Z for this one. I wish I would have been able to keep all three. Very sad, am still mourning her.
But I'm being consoled quite nicely!

Yep! I was going to get a 911 and after test driving the c7 several times... I can't understand why anyone would ever pay 120k for a pcar when the c7 is this good. ie Quick, light, and handles damn good.
btw I'm a youngish professional at 30. 100% of my colleagues in a fortune 100 agree the c7 is for once "the sick american car we needed this past decade." Can't wait for mine to come in.
