I still get conversations and/or pictures taken almost every time I take out the car. I have not had a bad experience so far. I do not mind the questions. And, the time in the spotlight will come to an end.

I was fine with it all till we were pulling into Busch gardens. I pull next to this family driving a old Saturn station wagon.
First question when we get out of our cars was. How much did that set ya back ? My response was ..... To much but it's worth it then he looks at his family and declares while pointing at my car. College degree then points at his car high school degree.
Talk about making me feel bad. Especially since I haven't spent even 1 day of my life at college.
That sort of stuff makes me feel uncomfortable.

Good for the father. Whether you have a degree or not, the perception is, if you want to get ahead, a degree is a good way to go about it. If he see's something nice that his kids think is cool and he is using that to inspire them to do more with their lives, more power to him.
I'm self made myself. School of hard knocks and it can be done but it's tougher in todays world without a degree. Might as well give kids something to aspire.

Well, I haven't seen anyone walk into a tree while looking at it, yet, like they did when my '05 was brand-new,
BUT, I've only had it a week!

Thanks. I use M205 with an orange or white buffing pad every three months along with Rejex to seal it. I will use Rejex as a refresh wax every week or so using an orbital buffer. It works out really well.

I don't mind if little kids and cute chicks stop and stare or take pics but punks driving their ghey little imports that have mismatched painted body panels and hand painted rims ask me questions, stop and gawk or take pics I try to be as short as possible or slow/speed up so they can't look.
What a crock! You bought the car to be noticed and now you think you are better than these kids who are just starting out.
Be careful because in the future, many of these "punks" will **** on big wheels like you when they drive by you in their little imported Porsches.

They have Cars and Coffee Events all over the Country from what I've read. Ford brought a 2015 Mustang there to get some feedback a couple of months ago and some Exotic Car Manufacturer Reps have been known to come by.
Starbucks Coffee is $2 and Donuts are $1.50, yummy...

I like it when kids are looking at it, and I can invite them to have a seat. I hope I just made a new Corvette customer: "Gee, dad - the speedometer goes to 200 mph!"
I gave a ride to a K-State exchange student from Ecuador a few weeks ago. His sponsor says he has not stopped talking about it ever since.
Gotta promote the hobby....

Oh definitely. I have been shining my cars up like this since I was a teenager (different products off and on) and have had people comment about the shine on just about everything I have owned. M205 is fairly mild and I don’t need to be aggressive with the paint on my corvette. It’s a very light application.

Here's a pic of my C7 from Cars and Coffee in Irvine last Saturday.
