I have no regrets on not doing the third day. Financially, the two day was what I needed to take, knowing that I could go back some day for Level 2 and take the third day of Level 1 the day before I take the Level 2 class. No regrets here.

True, but I was more worried about not being able to go back for Level 2. I really want to, but I don't know if I can talk the wife into letting me go. I still think the 3rd day is well worth the extra cost and time. You get to use everything you just learned on the track. Going back later to finish the third day will require you to get back up to speed so to speak. Unless you regularly track your car (which I don't, I'll be lucky to get to a track once a year), you are going to be rusty and it will take some of your session time to get the hang of it again.

Going to Spring Mountain July 21-23! Are any other forum members going to be there?
Also, for you that have been please advise whether it is truly necessary to wear driving shoes. I drive with my Nike Frees all the time and don't have any problem rowing the gears.

Not totally necessary, but I liked the pair that I took.

they spend a session both the first and second to learn the "heel toe" move. most people used rev-match when running the track

Was just there the first week in July for the Owner's School, and it was everything previous posters have described, top shelf in every way. Especially appreciated the wealth of information provided throughout the course about the car's engineering and performance, most of which I haven't seen or heard elsewhere. The tennis shoes with flat soles suggested in the welcome letter worked for me, while most of the rest of the class seemed fine with various types of athletic shoes. Only a few wore actual driving shoes. I definitely want to go back for Level 2, and possibly level 3. It's addictive !

I am in the middle of major dental work...after he revives from that shock, I am going to work on him for Thanksgiving and level 2
I wore Zumba shoes which are flat on the bottom...worked for me for the most part, I am ready to go back for sure

Gotta find out when they'll be getting any '15 ZO6's out there, I'd really like to flog one a bit before I order one. I'm getting some withdrawal symptoms though, bot for Spring Mountain and Vegas, but I don't think I'll have much trouble talking my wife into going twice.

Sounds like a great program. How do you sign up? I didn't get any info on this when I bought my 2014.
