I'm on the waiting list and will soon need to make my final decision for submitting the order. I've decided on the 7MT Z51 3LT in Cyber Gray with Red Interior, Red Calipers, and Transparent Roof, and silver wheels. Thinking about carbon flash mirrors and spoiler too. The part that's really killing me is the racing stripes. Part of me wants them in red, but I've not seen a picture of an actual car with this combo which makes it tough to decide.

What do you all think.....Stripes or No Stripes?

FYI - Other options in the build are performance exhaust, magnetic ride control, carbon dash, suede upper interior.

I love the stripes- They are Awesome- Mine is Crystal Red Metallic with black stripes. When it arrives that is. I should have mine by 3rd week of April- I just moved to status 3300.

I'm a big fan of racing stripes on all of the light colors. IMHO they don't work well on CG or other darker colors, at least red ones. Silver ones may look better but I'd leave them off. I was all set to get the stripes but when I bought a Lime Rock Green car I realized none of the stripes (at least those offered by GM) went with that color. But it's really the beauty you behold in your eye that makes the decision. If you like it, go for it. At least stripes can be removed if you get tired of them.

I think the red stripes would look killer and you'd have a very rare color combo too. Love to see pics with the stripes.

I like it without the stripes because it's a cleaner look. Let the lines of the car do the talking.

I think stripes look best on the lighter colors

If I were to go with black stripes....I'd be inclined to go with the black wheels. Mean looking car that way, for sure.

Mecholova's car is the most beautiful Cyber Grey I have ever seen, Cyber Grey with Inferno Orange Stripes.

Of course, if you went that route, you would have to change the red interior.

It all comes down to what looks best to YOUR eyes.

Yup! Not to make it sound as though theyll fly off at high speeds (theyre on very securely) but they are vinyl applied after the car has finished going through the line.

Not sure on the Red stripes....but if you like it that's what's important!

Light with dark stripes look amazing!!! I want them on my AW but not sure I like the look on the rear spoiler which is carbon flash. Wish I could have that deleted.

I vote no stripes, I had them on my GT500 and was not a fan.

Thanks for the input guys. Despite the fact that the stripes got a lot of thumbs up...I think I'm sticking with no stripes.
