That is so true. I had 4 months of pre-build and 3 weeks of post-build waiting. The 3 weeks was excruciating!

Mine is still in new Boston , Michigan . Still not loaded for rail yet.

It has finally arrived and I am loving it. So happy with the color combo I picked. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow and drive it some more. Pictures to come tomorrow. Here's a timeline for my purchase for those interested.

Produced 3/18/14 38 Days from order placed
Left Factory 3/25/14 7 Days in final inspection
Loaded On Train 3/27/14 2 Days by truck to Toledo OH
Arrived Mira Loma 4/6/14 10 Days to ship by rail
Delivered 4/10/14 4 Days to unload from train to ship to dealer
TOTAL 61 Days from date of order to date delivered
Ordered 2/8/14

All of the "horror stories" others have suffered should not apply to you if your car is being sent directly to Les Stanford in Dearborn. They receive so many cars that usually a semi is loaded with Corvettes exclusively for their dealership and drives directly there.
You will not have to worry about slow train rides or waiting in rail yards...........Good Luck.
