It is the same basic engine. But as you pointed out, it is not called "LT1".

Does anyone remember the "visible V-8" plastic model that kids could buy and put together with plastic cement? That's what the picture above reminded me of.

I want an LT1 visible V-8 that I can build and put on display in my office (or even better in the garage if I can convince my wife to get all the junk out). Hey Revel ...
