I also remember a couple files you sent our way which helped us develop the one piece Carbon Revolution CR-9 CFRP wheels for the ZR1 style brakes. We were vetting for them on our Z06, and without those drawings, we could not have pulled off the fitment, spacing ect.

You guys will figure this out and come back stronger. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Thanks Jim. It has been a pleasure working with you and being considered a peer in this business. There are a lot of businesses like yours who truly help push the limits in design and we were proud to be among those. You know I will be watching Halltech continue to innovate while I figure all of this out.

Thanks again,

Aaron

Thanks for this. It's true, we are not skipping town and if this person was a customer of ours he would have already received his product and or a refund. All customers are being taken care of, period.

All of my Pfadt parts are works of art and their customer service was outstanding. I'm sad to see Pfadt go. It's a real shame - the Corvette community needs more aftermarket companies like Pfadt.

Now I'm regretting not budgeting for that CF driveshaft and Featherlights this year.

I know you have plenty to take care of, but maybe some C7 tunes can go out. You sent me a cable to use for it. Thanx and good luck in the future!

The events that have unfolded concerning PFADT Race Engineering are very unfortunate. I do hope that Aaron can devise a plan to return the industry and continue to provide us with many great products for our cars. My personal well wishes go out to the familys of the PFADT employees who are now in search of a Job. Loosing your job suddenly is not very fun.

I wish there was something I could personally do to assist PFADT their sustainment or comeback.

I'm going to assume you believe that statement to be true because you have posted it more than once.

Yet, I continue to hear from your customers, one as recently as a few minutes ago, saying they have not been contacted and have been unsuccessful in trying to reach anybody at Pfadt.

These may be customers who have fallen through the cracks and were not contacted for one reason or another -- maybe their contact information isn't correct in your database, maybe they have changed their email addresses, etc.

Rather than assert they are not actual Pfadt customers, can you at least give them the opportunity to contact you to get the same consideration you have given to the customers you have contacted?

If you don't want to post the contact information that these customers can use, at least PM it to me so I can pass it along to the people who say they are your customers and have not heard from you.

Thanks on behalf of the customers involved.

Well I missed out on a tranny brace.

Can't you just contact Obama and get a handout like everybody else does?

Sorry, but I find this quite a heartless and disgraceful attitude of mind.

Next time you start your business, raise the prices. I think it's been alluded to by a couple people here, but it's basically a Capitalism thing.

If you have more business than you can handle and no capability to expand, then raise the price until the amount of business becomes reasonable, and then you're also making more money than before. If sales taper, then cut the price. Save a percentage of the proceeds until you can get financing for expansion.

That is a fantastic theory. I don't think it is that easy.

Default Pfadt warranty

I need a new tune, as I have a "check oil level" indication on DIC with the tine, but not with the stock tune. The tune was after headers and x-pipe installed. I also need 2 new vband clamps...the ones I received are horrible and I cannot get rid if exhaust leak at rated torque specs

I tried to contact them about two weeks ago with no response

Thanks

Ricky
