I've owned three 911's and yes it's an amazing car--no doubt...but I think if you're being fair this is what your post SHOULD read:
911 is Iconic, it defines the quintessential Sports Car for $135K price point.
C7 defines the quintessential Sports Car for around $65K price point.

Please don't put me in the haters group but the rear end never did grow on me. Way to high in the rear. Sold the car for about what I paid Thanks to the Z51 option and the GM card credit. Had the car since oct 3 and being 6'5" the car was to tight inside. Remember back in sept there were no cars to sit in or drive. Great car for the money. Once these cars get on the road I would have taken a big hit in resale. I will say the crowds went nuts on this car just not me.
FWIW, I bought a new C3 and dumped it too after 2.5 years. Different reason(s) than your's but sometimes you've got to do it. Cost me a whopping $200.00 to drive it 9K miles.
These cars aren't for everyone, that's for sure. Always enjoy reading input from others on their views.

They do not look the same... Grill, headlights, I could go on.. Just as the error with your first C6 you prove that you have no clue about design elements. But being a Porsche fan gives you an excuse. You are not programmed for change

I've read all the reviews and saw about 100 video reviews and I can honestly say that this new Vette has had more praise heaped on it than any Vette in the last 15 years that I've followed them. The C6Z did take the auto world by storm but it did scare many a reviewer with it's snap-oversteer and lackluster seats.

2020 C8 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
I drove mine 2200 miles straight from the factory through a snow and ice storm, across deserts, up mountains and down valleys --- and I think the C7 is REMARKABLY comfortable.
I have no idea what he's talking about.
Besides, with the extra 60K in my pocket, I can make a lot of "unmarried working mothers" from various clubs happy along the way happy.
