Oh...Yeah, sorry...That is the factory hood stripe, and while it is "carbon flash", I think it's really a sticker, so the color is a touch different than say the hood vents (which are directly in front of it), but it's pretty close. If it were painted it would have been a better match, but that's Chevy for ya.

Looks very nice.
I have done the window tint on my AW. Next up is the chrome on the grill going to black. The stinrays have been removed from the side and corvette removed from the back.

That looks awesome. Does anyone know if you can paint the transparent top? I'd like this same look with just the side "rails" of the top painted body color, leaving the center untouched. Basically the opposite of what the OP did.

I still don't know "exactly" what they used to paint them, but it was probably the same as they used to - mix the paint with clear coat.

I am doing all your mods on mine next week! Can't wait yours looks awesome! What did it cost to paint the roof and all reflectors? Did they tape it or take reflectors off? My quote is just over 1k for the roof to be painted 6 reflectors painted and tail lights painted or smoked. Thanks for any input!

Anyone have any idea why it is called a stinger when it is on the front of the car?

Oh, P.S> - They removed all the marker lights to paint them.
