Local! My dealer was ten minutes away and gave me a great deal that could not be beat by even one of the three largest Vette dealerships I tried. Koon's Chevrolet in Baltimore is awesome!

3 local dealers, 2 did not have allocations and 1 had already used their allocations of 8 when I was ready to order...ordered from Kerbeck on 10/4/13 and picked her up at the museum 1/7/14.

Out of state. Z51 for under MSRP. Also C2Z and FAY options that are severely constrained. Did NCM delivery. Great experience. No local dealer would touch the deal, many wanted $5,000 over MSRP.

No need to go out of State with Stasek only 8 miles away.

I tried local first and that quickly turned into a runaround and became very apparent it just wasn't going to happen. I will still support my local dealer with "courtesy delivery" and let them do the 2/24 free oil changes though.

No Allocations Local
I tried to buy local (State Wide-Wyoming) but no one had anything remotely like I wanted. Most were loaded with features I didn't want priced in the 70's. Most did not have vette mechanics, allocations or primal knowledge of Corvettes. So, I went on the forum, surfed around, found the one I wanted with the features I wanted, in stock, at Coughlin (Rick Conti) in Ohio. Bought it and it is being shipped to me in Casper Wyoming tomorrow.
