You are getting worked up over $57 you agreed to pay until you saw the website.

I'm not sure it's worth your time....

get out and enjoy your awesome new car and quit looking at their website.

Simple solution: Just go ahead and get your spoiler, pay the price, document your conversation w/ the service mgr., and file a complaint w/ your local Better Business Bureau for their failure to give you the advertised price.

Any reputable dealer will want to resolve this complaint w/ BBB since all unresolved ones are kept in their file for access by the public. My guess is that you will get a call from the dealer offering service coupons or some other resolution... Been there, done that.

What color 1s your C7? I have the Z51 spoiler & installation kit that came with my Cyber Grey 2LT coupe, that I didn't have the dealer install. I'll sell it to you for $300, plus shipping.PM me if interested.

Fair enough. Simply bring this to the attention of the dealership in the form of a question.

Is $57 worth getting upset about. If everything else with the car is fine, why worry about it?

I'd just roll with it...... lifes too short.

I got a 13GS off Coughlin November of 12 out of stock. All their cars had the battery protection and the car cover included. No negotiation to knock it out of the deal. So I paid the $600+ because I wanted the car.

You got your car now and just enjoy it but if you want to do business in the furture with this dealer .............don't forget.

If you don't like the price - walk away from the deal!

Don't let this small amount ruin your new car experience. I can't tell you how many times I've seen "DOC FEES" when paying for my numerous cars, something I never figure on.

Just pay the little extra, don't let it bother you, and enjoy your new car. But next time, be sure to confirm the price.
Congrats on the new car.

Exactly, however a good willed conversation about it should be order. It might be fun to see if they can come with a good $60 explaination, also it will set a standard for any future dealings with this dealer. They will know you will ask and they will need to answer.

I agree that it's nothing to really get upset about, but it does need to be discussed.

Simple truth of the matter is....The dealer does NOT know how to install it. It is via the rear tailights. They charge extra to remove the rear facia to install it....Don't ask me how I know...

I agree. I would ask why the $57 difference. I would most likely get some BS answer and I would let the sales guy know I consider it BS. Not worth having a debate about. But, that is just me.

I am aware its not a considerable amount of money. It isnt the money, especially when Im splending 60k on a new toy. It is not the money..its just the principle. They havent shipped the car yet they just installed the spoiler and Im buried in snow so I cant drive it anyway lol
