Need some help guys!
I haven't had a corvette in a while and I love the new stingray. I recently purchased a Camaro ZL1 about a year ago, BUT I Want A Stingray!!! So I was thinking about ordering one and couldn't pull the trigger.
Long story short.. I found a used stingray just how I wanted from head to toe! It is a 3LT Z51 with MR. Black on Black. It has around 2.5K miles on it.
How much should I pay for it?

No more than YOU feel it's worth. What was the sticker ? Many here are claiming dealers are now selling below MSRP. I would do plenty of research before deciding. Good luck.

They wanted around 72K for it.. I know that is way too high. I was thinking paying in the low 60's would be alright. They said they didn't have the window sticker. This is coming from a used car lot.

Good luck with that... I suspect you will have an issue convincing them of that on a 3LT, Z51 car... unless there is something wrong with it.

Well I know low 60's would be awesome But it is a USED car and I'm not willing to pay new car price for a used car with almost 3k miles on it! Say the MSRP was 71,000. What would y'all pay for it?

I'd just buy a new one. They will likely decline any lower offers as they know there are fish out there that will pay their price. Until then it drives traffic to the used dealer.

The problem if its a Z51 the dealer knows they can find a buyer that will eventful pay what they want for the car. The car is sold out in Canada.. You need to find the original MSRP. You need to look at the vin and try to get a history on this car. If its an early production car I would walk and order a new one. Early production cars had some issues and you want to make sure this is not one of them. IMO the 3Lt is nice but a waste of money if you are wanting to get a deal on a C7. If MSRP is 71k I would offer than 61k and see what they tell me to do. You can always work up. This is a hot car at the moment and spring is around the corner once the weather gets nicer good luck getting any kind of deal...

If it is a 3LT Z51 with MRC and NPP, the MSRP is $65k unless it has other options including a dual carbon fiber roof package, competition seats and chrome wheels, it is not an MSRP of $71,000.
Assuming the sticker is $65k, I would expect a 10% minimum discount for it being used with 3,000 miles on it, so $59k.

you don't need us to tell you what a used car, driven off the new-car lot is worth--you already know that number.

Um, not necessarily. Plenty of people can have buyers remorse or alike. I've had Porsche's with 600 miles on them that were garage queens, and got bored and bought something else.

Because of the current constraint on Z51, I'd bet that the car will go for very close to sticker, and the dealer won't need to take a lesser offer.
It would be interesting to hear why the dealer has a used C7.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the garage queen syndrome. This car isn't old enough to reach "queen" status IMO. Could be buyers remorse I guess. My radar went off because there is also a scenario that this car met with bad fortune and the owner unloaded it at auction and this used car dealer is looking to make a good buck. I would think the original owner could have sold this car himself in a heartbeat. Just say'in it's a possibility. Did you run a carfax? Does the dealer have one? Even a clean carfax doesn't mean you don't have a major mechanical repair situation? Can you run the vin against warranty repair work?

I'd look on this site for a forum dealer who has one in stock or who can order one and has an allocation. You'd even come out better having one shipped to you. The dealer is asking too much for a used car, which is how it normally goes.
If decide on the used one, if the VIN is low look for paint issues like runs or significant orange peel.
