Default AW Z51 availability in CT

So I placed two orders for an AW Z51 and they are both scheduled for production. I was very concerned with my local order since the dealership wouldn't even give me an order number for weeks but alas they are both a go. The car is an AW z51 with manual transmission transparent roof, 2lt with black interior with grey microfiber inserts, black rims, red calipers, carbon flash mirrors and spoiler, magnetic suspension, performance exhaust. Currently at 2000 status with a TPW 3/10. Awesome dealer with my price $1000 under sticker. Looking to recoupe deposit ($1000) and provide someone with a great car. From what I can tell if we move quickly the order may be able to be modified to give you the exact car you want.

Why is the deposit you placed not refundable? When I ordered my car I got it in writing that my deposit was refundable until the car reached 3400.

Your deposit is likely refundable, and I'd bet your dealer has someone else that would like to use that allocation.

That's a good question and it may be but to my reading of the contract it doesn't look refundable. I was not as order status savy when I placed the order and didn't get your 3400 clause in writing. I should have

It may be but doesn't look like it to my reading.
