My wife has no problem with me buying a C7. She is just a little disappointed it does not come in Carlisle Blue...

Sold my Vette before I met my current lady, but she says she can't wait till I get another fast car I should have told her my Mazdaspeed6 is fast. She'd believe me, she drives a CR-V

Heck, the only dissension in our household is who is going to sit left seat the next time we have it out. Alas, with this crappy winter it won't be anytime soon! We bought this one last November and we are already discussing our next one and the only minor point of discussion is whether or not to go for the museum delivery!

Last January, while I was watching the C7 reveal on my computer, my wife checked it out. She promptly told me, "I gotta have one of those!" 11 months later, she was at the Corvette Museum, picking up her 50th Birthday present.

Of course, now she has to sell her 06 Z51 convertible, because we are out of room!

My wife of nearly 30 years and I regularly "discuss" which vette we wish to take to work nearly every day. Our typical conversation before we head off to work is ...."does your day feel like it will be a red day or a white day"?...Making marriage decisions can be challenging...

Of course we each have to use a license plate holder that says..."My Other Car is a Corvette"...

We're down to one Corvette so we're not faced with that decision/discussion. My wife expects me to drive most of the time.

Fixed it for you...

She's the one begging for the C7. She say's she wont miss my 2002 Camaro LE. So until it arrives in April you'll have to imagine my AW Z51 vert in the background...

...and yeah I'm getting married next year...

Traded our 2009 CLK AMG in on a new C7! We loved it, too. But, the 'Vette is better.

On the 405S in Orange County last night I saw an identical car to mine. TR Z51 with black wheels and painted roof. Woman was driving it :-)

She took the same exit as me off the freeway too. What are the odds?

I know, right?

Good thing I shot a shaky video clip for proof! I feel like I filmed a Sasquatch or something.

I am a woman and have always loved Sports cars and the real sports car to me is the Corvette. My husband , on the other hand, drives a 2011 Volt or one of our other vehicles. I drive my 1982 Corvette to car shows but my daily driver is a 2003 Nissan 350z. Now my weekend driver is the 2014 Corvette Stingray. I bought the 350z because I couldn't afford the new Corvette at that time ( I wanted one but with two kids , one in college and the other in law school), there was no way we could swing the note.
I have a great husband and he isn't really a sports car guy but he is really impressed and excited about my new Corvette. I don't drive it to work in the Houston area and he has told me he has driven my new car to show it off to many of our friends while I am in Houston. Corvette convert makes me happy, happy, happy..he finally gets it!!
