I'll be watching it live and having pizza delivered . Except for the late night part on IMSA.com. I wish we still had the Speed channel. Will any of the cable channels be carrying it at night?

TUDOR is a brand of watches owned by rolex(less in price). TUDOR is sponsoring the series for the year and rolex is the sponsor for the 24 hr race as usual. i'll be there all day saturday and into the nite. looking forward to it.

Yes this DP Corvette # 99 is on the pole. Notice the side exhaust for 2014 and it sounds awesome on the track.
They say RED is the fastest color !!
Dan Gurney's son is driving GOOOO CORVETTE !!!!

This year's race should be wild, as it combines two leagues into one, not just all ALMS. So driver's won't know each other's tendencies.
So much goes into these endurance races. You need a great car, a great team of drivers, a great crew, and a healthy dose of luck.

Excited to watch. Should be an interesting race. The #3 has to start from the back as electrical issues prevented it from qualifying. Hopefully, not too many issues during the race. These 24 hour races have come a long way, and there will be enough cars without issues that any significant pit time takes you out of contention.
Also interesting that the PC. GTLM and GTD classes are all within about 5 seconds a lap.
Which means passing in slower traffic (or getting mixed in with faster traffic) won't be easy. I think that's where the Corvette boys seem to do well in being patient, and passing when they can.
Safe race for everyone involved. Looking for Corvette victories in P and GTLM!
