Great job! Thanks for sharing! I have ordered new F14 Forgestar wheels but will be using the center caps. I may do that. I have already purchased the material a couple of weeks ago. Thanks

Looks great, if Carbon Fiber is your thing these are a great addition.

Default back in the day

A small C6 aftermarket vendor named Ed got sued by GM for selling his products with the Corvette flags on them. He turned out some really high quality pieces. I bought a ton of stuff from him.

You might fly under the radar for awhile, but it is not a long term business plan. Big brother is lurking.

Reread the 'bought enough for 1000 caps' and recognized it was an lol moment. I'll leave the above for information just in case someone hatches the real idea.

Make sure you use Primer 94, and they will hold up well for several years...

any carbon fiber wrap like this will last years in normal weather , a bit shorter if it's in the salt slush and snow a lot...the key as I have said before is how well the surface is prepped for the adhesive...

but I don't like wear on my siuff, so I'd replace them annually....

I think the corvette will help with the wear, sealing in the wrap.

Caps look great! Hey I have a question regarding the CF decal. Does it have a lot of flex or more paper like without the ability to handle contours without wrinkling? I bought one that didn't handle curves/contours and you really couldn't shape it. I am looking for something that is more vinyl like and can be molded to contours.

Thanks.

how hard to get the center caps off the car, do you need to take the wheel off. Love this idea and would look great with the exposed carbon roof.

Just an FYI:

The 3M Di-Noc is intended for indoor use, like furniture and interior decor.

The 3M 1080 Scotchprint is what you want to use for automotive exterior applications.
