I just invented another reason to drive to the store, and I went the long way.

Being in S FL, and dealing with 70-80 degree weather, mine will be driven pretty frequently!

I drive mine about 80% of the time. My Jeep gets the other 20%.

58 Days and 373 miles... That's about 45 miles per week for me!! The perils of living in New England.. April can't come soon enough.

Some of us are here to get information and look at photos whilst we dream about what might be someday.

I think it's safe to say that I spend far more time reading about Corvettes here than driving them!

810 miles in 3 days (710 on the return from the NCM). I plan to enjoy the heck out of it and use it as a daily driver except in snow or a lot of rain.

What is the difference between driving a car and actually driving a car?

Is there a way to drive a car and not actually driving a car.?

I have every intention of driving mine as much as I can - then - reality sets in: I commute to work on the railroad 250 days a year and between my Corvette and Jeep together I rarely drive more than 6,000 miles a year total, so if I manage 2,000 mi/yr on the Corvette, I am doing really well in the use dept. And, I enjoy every one of those miles.

Driving a car: Getting in it, going to the store, going home.

Actually driving a car: Going on a road trip, and giving it a thorough workout.

2300 miles in 45 days. Would have been a few more but had to shovel the driveway a couple of times
