New RPI Designs C7 Corvette GM Splash Guards, Unpainted, Painted & Hydro Carbon Fiber

Racer
Just ordered a torch red set for my new vette. Hopefully they'll get here before my car does, but it will be tight. Hoping to install them at the dealership before I make the journey home.
Do I need a wrench or screw driver, and what size.
Thanks

If you buy the splash guards from GM, primer, paint and clear coat, and shipping on all items, plus your time,it costs just as much as buying from RPI. I ordered a set and their great.

Great product EASY to install
I just ordered a set of these from RPI in AW body color to install on my AW Vert. They took all of about 20 minutes to install and blend with the existing contours very nicely. After a recent 1200 mile round trip to Florida, I can attest they really do make a difference in what the sides of your car look like after time on the road.

Just wanted to chime in that these things are worth every damn penny you spend on them. I ordered a set painted carbon flash to take along for my museum delivery, and do not regret it one bit. In the ~3 miles of driving I did before I was able to install them, I got a lot of dust kicked up onto the fenders. I cleaned it off, installed the splash guards, and proceeded to do a 3640 mile long road trip back home. The number of times I heard rocks get kicked up or drove through less than idea road conditions (like the parking lot at the top of Pike's Peak), I winced at the thought of the damage I was doing to my fenders. By the end of the trip, there's was less dust on the fenders than in the few miles before the splash guards were installed, and there were no rock chips or scratches where I was sure there would be some. For the few extra bucks you are buying some great protection. If anything, shame on GM for charging us extra for these things as an 'option'!

I was hoping these would be just a bit wider on the front ones or flare out towards the bottom to really help protect the front side of the rear dog leg. I know there is a protective film there but that is where rock chips occur over time with body shapes like C7s. I guess side skirts help a lot too. As to the price, it is reasonable and less than the price I paid for flaps I've bought for my BMW and SLK. I think RPI offers very nice products and I thought maybe they were offering something flared in the thread.

2014 C7 Corvette Stingray Splash Guards Kit
If you are looking for a very quick and easy way to protect your new C7 Corvette Stingray then check out these molded splash guards. These splash guards are made of ABS plastic and just "snap" into place. To install these C7 Corvette splash guards you will need to remove your existing wheel well guards. These guards are held in with 1 screw that sits at the bottom of the car. Remove that screw and simply pry them away with your hands. Once you have removed your OEM fender guards, take these splash guards, snap them into place and tighten the screw.
Installation is very easy and can be done in your garage with a ratchet and your hands.
