Spot mirrors are so tacky on a car like the C7.

Please don't. The stick ons belong on minivans. Just replace it with aspheric mirrors if the blind spots are that bad.

I used the "stick on" before I was instructed at a Performance Driving Class about how to adjust the side mirrors out. The major problem with the little and they are all little, stick on is that at night and especially at night in the rain they are totally, yes totally, useless. Adjust your mirrors correctly and learn how to use them.

I just think for the price and hype of the all new designed and advanced Corvette, that Blind spot monitors would of been though about. Even my older Chevrolet Pick up has these, and didn't pay anywhere near 70k. Just no excuse, think about it they put a backup camera and overlooked this?

And can you really find them in wallymart?
I use the same oval glass mirrors I put on the wife's Cayenne, 2.3" x 1.3" oval. I mounted on the top outside on both mirrors. Have my main mirrors set as instructed for "no blind spots." However I find these small mirrors are a big help. If you see anything, you move over with more care. Another advantage on the driver side is the automatic dimming that comes with the C7 drivers outside mirror (at least on my 3LT) is dark at night and you could miss a car coming up fast on the left. The small blind spot mirror does not dim and is small enough not to cause an issue with glare.

After driving for two months have found the blind spot mirrors are a big help, even after positioning the main mirrors as suggested to "eliminate blind spots." In the C7 that only partially works. Took pictures of what is visible, and not, with the Vette parked between two cars. Also shows how to "correctly" set the main mirrors. Pics are on my web site netwelding.com/reports_vette_info.htm

No, not really!

The spot mirror is so corner auto parts store junk.

Replacing with a convex mirror would be better as suggested.

Or just position your existing mirror properly and use them often as needed.
