HELP! Which Arctic White Stingray Variation Do You Like the Best?
Hi Stingray Enthusiasts,
Even if you aren't ordering an Arctic White Stingray, you can let me know which Arctic White Stingray variation you would prefer to help me out here. Your input is much appreciated.
I do know I want an Arctic White Stingray Z51 with Black Wheels and Dual Roof Option (both Exposed Carbon Fiber and Transparent Roofs).
However, I am on the fence between ordering CARBON FLASHED colored mirrors and spoiler OR to go with the Arctic White BODY colored mirrors and spoiler.
Which look do you prefer given the stingray will be Arctic White with Black Wheels and Exposed Carbon Fiber + Transparent Roofs? The Arctic White Stingray with the carbon flashed mirror and spoiler or the Arctic White Stingray with the body colored mirror and spoiler?
Why do you like this combination better?

I will buy either another Torch Red or Arctic White Vette (see signature). But I am leaning heavily to white. And if I buy white I am going to go with the white mirrors and spoilers. There are enough black items on the car and I don't any more on mine.

The thing that's most beautiful about the white car is the way in which it displays the knife-like architecture and design. It's just exquisite. Part of that striking beauty is the contrasting black vents. IMO, adding MORE black (with the carbon flash mirrors and spoiler) only serves to DETRACT from the black accenting that's there already. It's a case where "more" - is not necessarily "better".

DO NOT get the AW with CF mirrors/spoiler!
That is what I'm getting and the less there are of them out there the better for me.

I like this best. The black spoiler on AW looks too out of place and an add on. But if you do that the black mirrors would be a must add to conform to the overall look. IMO sometime less is better.

I would go with the white mirrors and spoiler. As mentioned, too many black colored pieces could detract from the car's looks.

this has over 300 pics and one video of arctic white I collected over the last months, I am at 3400 with my arctic white non-z51. The first two pics are the identical exterior I decided on. ( photoshopped out the red calipers since I went with grey)
I would recommend going to dealers and seeing them in person if you can....not easy to do but that helped immensely in my final decision. Best of luck to you.

I ordered the CF mirrors and spoiler on my Crystal Red. I believe that the black mirrors and spoiler tie in with the other black accents of the vents and grill, and especially with the black wheels. I guess the vents and grill must look like add-ons to some .... everybody has an opinion that is right for them. I love the White color also (would be my second choice) as it does show off the lines of the care very well, but I personally would order the CF option.

If this was my build (having black wheels & exposed cf/transp roof as necessary already) then I would also opt in for option TTV... the 'contrasting route' to include CFM mirrors & spoiler would be just fine for me, plus that option is only $100 anyway.
Either way, you can't go wrong since it already looks good. It's the extra attention to contrasting details that can only be answered by you, OP. Why not poll significant other or close family members or friends... and maybe that will also help you decide.
