I think the top of the fade should start at the top of the vent and then curve under the mirror. The fade should look like hot air coming out of the vent - the whole vent.

That is NOT a good idea! Trust me, we tried it and it looks very bad compared to this version. Following the body line for a graphic like this is the only right way to do it.

You could do a more aggressive design at a higher cost with less of a chance of selling any, but whats the point of that. We try to create a product that appeals to the masses versus an individual. We will do those jobs on a "one-off" or "custom" basis, when requested.

American Car Craft, If I had got BLUE , definitely would have done it!

BTW, love the new look of my ZL1 engine bay with the ACC bling package..... Can't wait to see what you come up for the C7 engine bay!

I think it looks cool but not something I would have, I wrapped my C7 in XPEL. It would give your car more of a "one-of-a-kind" look, nice!

I know someone wanting a "stinger stripe" in the same fade pattern. Could you guys do a stinger hood stripe faded like that?

Thx

Yes, we can do just about anything. Have him stop by the shop for a quote.

I think it looks pretty good. I like it. I'm not sure I'd do it because I like things stock. But I imagine it's removable in the future? Skip the chrome pieces. And you're right, it should follow the body line, not the top of the vent which does not.

Yeah, once you see it in person, you will see that it really does fit the car and looks great. No, it is not for everyone but for the people who like this kind of mod, it is perfect!

For me, it is also, "looks good but nothing I would do".

Frankly, I also think it would look better on a C7 with darker wheels.

Looks pretty nice but I believe it could be better (assuming the technology isn't interferring).

First of all, I don't like it that it's straight on top (while the leading body line on the door is curved. I believe the graphic should follow the curve.

Secondly, you can see where the graphic ends, then body color, then the curve of the body line on the door. That gap is ugly.

That gap and the curve of the body line should be followed all the way to the vent...not just a straight-cut graphic.

IMO
