Convertible #6948 in transit
VIN # 6948
Convertible LT3
Build Date 11/12/13
Artic White
Adrenaline Red
6-Speed Automatic
Magnetic Selective Ride Control
Chrome Aluminum 19" FRT 20" RR
Black Top
Vehicle is out of QC hold and it is in transit to local dealer for courtesy delivery. Selling dealer waiting on the invoice to send me the closing papers. Going to register her in Florida which has no front plates or stickers on the windshield like Texas.
Is there anyone that could assist me with loading pictures. I want to share my good fortune with those that have 'held-my-hand' thru this extended order and build process.

July 9, 2013 dealer offers $45K for my 4 yr old '10 GS Vert in trade
Aug 2, 2013 accepted for production
Nov 4, 2013 status 3400
Nov 12, 2013 built
Nov 14, 2013 in transit
That's over 13 months patiently waiting. Between the trade-in (with sales tax advantage), the down payment from over a year ago. and 4 years GM CC earnings worth over $2,100 I already have about $51K in the new Stingray. So all I will need will be about $25 to close clear title.
This is very exciting. I think I will start a fresh thread.

Wow! The convertibles are on their way. I am excited for you. My coupe is on a rail car somewhere between Ohio and Minnesota. Remember when many were arguing whether or not the C7 would make the third quarter?

Congrats, you may be the first on the Forum to actually receive your vert!

Yes, please, when you figure out how to load pictures, do so. Post a lot of them. Congratulations!

Congrats! And I hope your right about it being in transit. I was told yesterday by the museum that GM has not released any verts for delivery. My vert comes off the line, as well as a few others on CF, on Saturday and we cannot get our museum delivery scheduled until GM releases the verts for delivery. I hope your information is more accurate than the museums!!! Post some pics when you get it!
