Chevrolet Customer Service order tracking thread
Your C7 order is at 1100 - Preliminary Order Accepted. I know this may be one of the first steps, but it's a step in the right direction! Feel free to keep checking back with us.
Thanks,
Jeff M

Unfortunately, once your C7 leaves our plant, we are unable to track it. We recommend reaching out to your dealership for an estimated arrival date. Get excited though, because you're getting close to taking delivery! Be sure to send along pictures once you take delivery!
Thanks,
Jeff M

We're glad you checked back because we have great news! She is waiting to be shipped! Note: when she is shipped we will no longer be able to track her. At that point, your dealership would be the best point of contact for a possible delivery date. Also, I will send you a PM which will contain her VIN and Production date. We hope this news has made your day!

Can you check on Order #SKKW96 and let me know what day next week I can pick it up?
Safety Car
Give them a couple days. This is a voluntary service they provide.
BTW - if your order had been accepted in December, your car would be in your garage by now. I bet your dealer is BSing you.

It takes a couple days to get an answer. You've asked four times since Wednesday. You are becoming that guy.
