Default New ZR51 Series Spoiler

We took the C7 to a new level with our newly design ZR51 spoiler. The way it should have come from the factory. Installs using the existing holes on a Z51 car or templates are provided for non Z51 cars. It will be available in a paintable version as well as carbon fiber.

This is currently our test fit model and should be ready for purchase in 3-4 weeks.

Looks good, but what kind of drag will it produce? It looks like it sticks up in the air a lot more then the stock Z51.

Believe it or not it is only 3/4 of an inch taller on the sides and exactly the same height as stock in the middle.

So why is it higher? Is it just styling or did you detect that the existing spoiler did not produce enough rear downforce?
What wind tunnel tests have you run? Exactly why should it have come this way from the factory?

How did you install it? Did you have to remove the rear clip or just drill holes and go through the tail light cavity?:

You have to remove the rear bumper to install the spoiler. Unsurprisingly there is not too many bolts that holds the rear bumper on. Lol

We are going to price it in the $450 -$500 range which is very comparable to a oem spoiler. We are not exactly sure on the cf version yet, but obviously it would be a bit more.

I'm sorry, but this sticks out like a sore thumb and borders on "rice" territory.

I thought the OEM was oversized. To me, this is the wrong direction.

Looks kinda odd....proportionally, it is too tall (too big overall) for the rear...
