The $0 is for extra discounts etc on top of the credit union or supplier discount. It's approximately 9% off but is up to the dealer if they will accept it or not.

Supplier pricing formula is...... INVOICE + $200 program fee + standard destination fee ($995)

I'm not completely sure but I believe credit union pricing is the same.

That formula changed last October. Here are the numbers for my 2014, $995 delivery included in all prices, holdback is not included in invoice.

MSRP: $66980.00
Invoice: $61761.58
Supplier: $60921.80 + Dealer fee ($75 or state legislated fee, depends on state)

MSRP x .91 is usually very close.
